The Angel Tree at Waterford Place

Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Angel Tree of Triumph stands at Waterford Place — a visible reminder of hope, community, and the support that surrounds people throughout their cancer journey.

Our Community Partnership

More than a decoration

The Angel Tree of Triumph was inspired by a breast cancer survivor's journey and is intended to represent hope, healing, faith, and the "angels" who help carry us through some of life's greatest challenges. The display is especially meaningful during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it will remain up throughout October.

We are grateful to the Waterford Place team for welcoming the tree, and to Janis and Diane for bringing this meaningful display to life. If you are visiting Waterford Place, you are warmly invited to stop by and take part.

While You're There

Ways to take part

The display includes a few interactive touches, and everyone who visits is welcome to participate.

Keepsake Gifts

Breast cancer patients visiting the display are invited to choose a small keepsake to take home and enjoy — one item each, a little piece of the tree to carry with them.

Candy Guessing Game

Visitors can guess how many candies fill the jar, and a winner will be selected at the end of October to receive a prize. The game is lovingly managed by Janis.

The Angel Tree

Take a moment to view the tree and learn the meaning behind it — hope, healing, faith, and the angels who help carry us through some of life's greatest challenges.
